Financial Management for Family

Managing family financial is very important to learn, especially for the wives of risky workers such as heavy equipment operators as well as it’s technicians.

In 2018, the Company was organized several financial management trainings for the workers’ wives, including in CK ABN and CK IMG. The training was held on April 30 to May 2, 2018, and located at Wisma Ria Pertamina, Sangasanga, East Kalimantan. 39 participants from workers’ wives was attending the event. Aside from learning the way to manage finance properly, they also obtained Fatigue Management Training, as well as visits to the Arboretum and mining tours in the Adimitra Baratama Nusantara area.

In the same year, a similar activity was also held at the Toba Bara Sejahtera site and was attended by around 50 participants. The event was held on April 30 - May 2 2018. With this activity, the Company hopes that the workers’ wives can manage their family finance properly and also better awareness of their husbands’ health as well as risks in doing their jobs.
