Earned his Master of Business Administration from the Golden Gate University, San Francisco, USA in 1993 and Bachelor of Law from Padjadjaran University in 1989. Appointed as Commissioner of the Company in January 2018.

Concurrently, he also holds positions as Finance Director of PT ABM Investama Tbk, with previous experiences on managing PT Tunas Inti Abadi & PT Reswara Minergi Hartama (ABM Subsidiary) as Director (2012-2015), Director of PT Trada Maritime Tbk (2008-2012), and Vice President of PT Pasifik Satelit Nusantara (2001-2008).

Andi Djajanegara obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration from the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Indonesia in 1990 and his Master of Business Administration from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, Rotterdam, The Netherlands in 1992. Appointed as President Commissioner since January 2018 and prior to that, he served as CK’s Commissioner.

He is also served as a President Director of of PT ABM Investama Tbk since 2010. Previously he held positions as ABM’s Managing Director (2009-2010), Chief Strategy Officer of PT Tiara Marga Trakindo (2008-2009), Managing Director of Standard Chartered Bank (2007-2008), Senior Director of Standard Chartered Bank (2006-2007), Partner Corporate Finance and Advisory Fund Asia (2006-2006), Managing Director of Abacus Capital (2001-2003), and some various assignments at Bank of America since 1992 with his last position was as Senior Vice President (2000-2001).

Feriwan Sinatra obtained his Bachelor of Mining Degree from Bandung Institute of Technology in 1991. Prior to his position as President Director PT Cipta Kridatama in 2017, Feriwan was a Director of Tunas Inti Abadi (2012-2015) and PT Reswara Minergi Hartama (2015-2017).

Previously, he had Appointed among others as General Manager in Mining Operation in PT Kaltim Prima Coal, Mine Manager at PT Kaltim Prima Coal, Coal Mining Manager at PT Kaltim Prima Coal, Pit Manager in PT Kaltim Prima Coal, Pit Technical Superintendent at PT Kaltim Prima Coal, Long Term Planning and Production Engineer in PT Kaltim Prima Coal, Superintendent for Pit and Pit Production Services in PT Kaltim Prima Coal, Production Supervisor for Pit and Pit Services in PT Kaltim Prima Coal, Short Term Planning Engineer in PT Kaltim Prima Coal, Drill and Blast Engineer at PT Kaltim Prima Coal.

Upon graduating from Hasanuddin University, South Sulawesi with a degree in Geology Engineering, Andi joined PT Cipta Kridatama on 1997. Andi build his credential as Project Manager until he became COO Mining, before appointed as Director of PT Cipta Kridatama in 2015.

Andi Mangkona is responsible for the company’s operation activities, engineering and technology, and QSHE that covers mining and construction business which spread in all operational area across Indonesia.

Holding a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from Hasanuddin University (1992), Yul Farmansyah Rusli joined PT Cipta Kridatama in July 2017 as Director of Business Process Improvement and Corporate Support. Later in January 2018, He is appointed as Director of Asset Management & Supply Chain Director.

As a Six Sigma Master Black Belt (2004) holder, Yul started his PT Trakindo Utama career in 1995 as a Product Support Engineer. He has held various managerial positions before being appointed as General Manager of the Kalimantan Area (South, Central, and West, 2006-2011), Business Transformation Program Manager of Trakindo Utama(2011-2013), and with his last position as General Manager Power Systems of Trakindo Utama(2013-2017). More than 20 years of career at Trakindo Utama has given him extensive involvement in handling various divisions and projects, including head office and branch offices.
