2. No warranty provisions apply.
3. OFFERING must FINAL and without provision or caveat (such as subject to inspection).
4. Buyer responsible for pick up from site, all demobilization arrangements and costs, port / shipping / agent / preparation / documentation fees and costs.
5. Buyer responsible for any lifting tools and labor supply at site for dismantling process to support mobilization purpose.
6. All Machines purchased apply a VAT of +10% ( we are selling Local transction or No Export require ).
7. Payment Terms are strictly 100% sale price +10% VAT by confirmed bank transfer.
8. Release and receiving unit at location mentioned to buyer after PT CK Payment received Confirmation.
